Photopolymer plates and monoprints
I’ve been learning how to make photopolymer plates with test plates and timings at the Curwen Print Centre and with John Howard so that I don’t waste the plates. I now feel very happy about using this method of printmaking and once I return to college I’ll make more digital negatives in readiness for a return to the darkroom.
I’ve also been enjoying making monoprints that are based around my visits to Bosigran, West Penwith. I also took 25 prints to be framed at Ironbridge Fine Art and Framing where I’ll be having an exhibition from 29 November this year.
